After founding a support group for Long-COVID and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) in 2023, I wanted to explore my interest in health-tracking applications.  When chronic health events occur, people often feel lost, especially when the healthcare system lacks a clear treatment plan.  This research project aims to explore how technology can empower patients by putting the locus of control back in their hands.
